The First Burn Matters
Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn. This helps prevent tunneling and creates an even burn for future use.

Trim the Wick
Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each burn to reduce soot and maintain a steady flame.

Mind the Burn Time
Burn your candle for 2–4 hours at a time. Avoid burning for extended periods to protect the wax and container.

Let It Cool
Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting or moving it.

What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made with natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils.
Are your candles pet-safe?
Our candles are made with clean ingredients, but all candles should be used responsibly. Always burn in a well-ventilated space and monitor pets closely.
Why does my candle look different over time?
Natural wax can change in appearance due to temperature and lighting. This does not affect performance.
How should I store my candle?
Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within a few business days. During launches or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

We offer flat-rate shipping:
$8 flat rate for candle orders
$5 flat rate for stickers and bookmarks
